NRI was awarded Compliance Assurance Program Office (CAPO) and Export Controls Group (ECG) Support Services Contract (POP began June 15th 2023)

NRI was awarded Compliance Assurance Program Office (CAPO) and Export Controls Group (ECG) Support Services Contract,  NRI is providing technical expertise and programmatic assistance, with a focus on regulatory compliance monitoring federal regulation, standards, and guidelines for biosafety, biosecurity and Biological Select Agents and Toxins (BSAT), Animal Care and Use (ACU), the Human Research Protections (HRP) and life sciences Dual Use Research of Concern (DURC), and other legal and/or policy initiatives or developments in the area of life sciences.  NRI is also supporting the operation of a centralized, comprehensive regulatory compliance program (Biosafety, Biosecurity and BSAT, ACU, HRP, and DURC), a Treaty compliance program, and an Export controls compliance program (including Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS)), to be managed within S&T.
